Chicken Gizzard Recipe

For party treats or a quick supper dish, this easy recipe adapted from Cooks.com is just the thing. Thaw one pound of Grass Fed Farms™ pastured chicken gizzards. Wrap each gizzard with a slice of bacon, and secure with a toothpick. Place in a shallow baking dish and cover with your favorite BBQ sauce. Cook at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Brush on another layer of BBQ sauce, return to the oven, and turn off the heat. Let the gizzards soak up the flavor of the bacon and sauce for another 15 minutes and serve up to an appreciative audience!
