These delicious patties are hand crafted from the breast and thigh meat of our free range chickens. Our birds are all old heritage breeds with a distinctive succulent taste and excellent texture. They are raised outdoors, never caged, antibiotic and hormone free and have the run of green pasture providing you with a finished chicken that is lower in fat, and higher in Omega 3 fatty acids than birds raised in confinement.
