These delicious brats are hand crafted from the breast and thigh meat of our Wisconsin Country free range chickens. The birds are all old heritage breeds with a distinctive succulent taste and excellent texture. They are raised outdoors, never caged, antibiotic and hormone free and have the run of green pasture providing you with a finished chicken that is lower in fat, and higher in Omega 3 fatty acids than birds raised in confinement. The brats are a flavor-filled healthy addition to your autumn menu, each pound containing 4 individual brats. Remember, if you eat, you are involved in agriculture, and if you eat meats raised by Grass Fed Farms™ family farms you are enjoying gourmet food raised the old-fashioned way.
