This delicious all-meat ground chicken is hand crafted from the breast and thigh meat of our pastured chickens. Each one pound package is a perfect low-fat substitute meat for patties, meat loaf, or any dishes calling for ground meat.

Our chickens are all old heritage breeds that are raised outdoors on green pasture and are lower in fat, and higher in Omega 3 fatty acids than birds raised in confinement. This ground chicken is hand carved from the breast and thigh meat and provides a convenient and lower fat alternative for any recipe calling for ground beef.
