The whole idea for having a meditation garden is so that you can have a 'peaceful' spot to sit and meditate, think, reflect, or just enjoy nature. The first item you may want to add is something really comfortable to sit on. Possibly a bench, swing or even just a nice chair. If you have a great tree with an outstretched limb, try hanging a nice swing to sit on. You can also get a beautifully designed bench. Just go with whatever makes you feel best.
